What and how we do?
We participate actively in research and innovation projects as well as in coordination and support actions in Horizon 2020. In area of social policy research we focus on inclusive, innovative and reflective societies. Our key focus area is socioeconomic transformations in Europe, migration of labour and improvement of education as well as long-life learning which is the core of ageing society. We work closely with local public authorities by transferring knowledge and experience from more developed regions. We shape solutions and tools which in efficient manner helps to improve balance of socioeconomic indicators across Europe. Our goal match the EU aim to foster a greater understanding of Europe, provide solutions, and support inclusive, innovative and reflective European societies in a context of unprecedented transformations and growing global interdependencies.
