Researcher in a couple of EU Horizon2020/FP7/FP6 projects such as TINNGO, PORTIS, SUITS, METPEX, AP2050+, TRANSNEW, CLOSER, COFRET, BESFTACT, BESTUFS II, BELOGIC, Interreg projects EAST-WEST, INLOC, NELOC, INTRASEA, NCB CORE. Main economic policy research focus is on sustainable mobility, energy and environment. Andrius also is associated professor at Vilnius University. IPMA certified project manager.

Ieva Girdvainiene has a Master degree in Economics. The experience in public policy consulting and research is collected since 2012 during career in Smart Continent. Ieva was researcher in EU Horizon2020 projects such as TINNGO, PORTIS, SUITS, METPEX. The main focus in consulting activities is policy and economics for public sector management, innovations and education sector.

Gints Turlajs has MSc Degree in Business Economics from Riga Technical University and Bachelor Business Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. Gints has experience in professional consulting services since 2012. He also collected more than 15 years of experience of university activity as lecturer to masters students, participant of diploma awarding commissions.

Ramojus holds a master’s degree in finance from Bocconi University in Italy and Bachelor of Economics and Political Science from the University of Bath, United Kingdom. Ramojus also holds a bachelor’s degree from Stockholm International School. In 2017-2020, Ramojus worked in the Office of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania as a project manager. Since 2020, he has joined Smart Continent and is responsible for public policy and economic research projects.
